1.开机前准备工作
(1)检查抽热风管铡刀是否打开。
(2)检查电源及电机电源，北面进球处是否有异物。
(3)将提升机，输送架位置是否摆放好。
2.开机顺序
(1)打开抽热风管铡刀后，打开1号或2号风机，直至有热风出来。
(2)打开烘干机电机，提升机电机。
(3)运转正常后将待烘干物品每次一袋倒入北面烘球入口处。
3.关机顺序
(1)检查烘干机内有无物料投出。
(2)先关闭1号或2号风机电源，在把抽热风管铡刀关闭。
(3)依次关闭烘干机电源及提升机电源。
4.注意事项
(1)开机烘球时，应先将烘干机运转一会，看是否有黄球出现。如有出现，应先用废球倒入烘球投料口，直至烘球出料口无黄色异物等出现，才能正常生产。
(2)如以上办法还不能解决，应叫机修工把烘干机出料口处盖子开打，然后进入烘干机内把机内黄球异物等清理出烘干机，清理干净后把出料口出盖子盖好，在运转试生产。
