电控柜由钢板弯折而成，防水、防尘且具有一定的强度，能支撑电器开关、变频器、PLC等器件并起到保护作用，表面经防腐处理。
系统由断路器、变频器、PLC、传感器及智能仪表组成，加上必要的连接导线及附件，组成能满足清洗机的工作条件、操作方便且性能优越。
清洗机的控制由断路器作电源开关，变频器和PLC组成控制模块做功能调节，将压力和流量信号变换后根据工作需要对变频器作加速、减速的指令传递，并作故障报警用。
清洗机水压测量数据进入控制模块后，根据现场工作的水枪数量增加或减少，由变频器来自动调节的水泵电机的输出，满足现场工作需要的水压和流量。
工作原理：
电源开关：空气断路器合上接通380V/50Hz电源，清洗机准备工作。
控制模块(PLC和变频器)：实时接收外部信号并根据水枪的开关和清洗机的压力变化以达到水枪开自动启动，水枪增加自动提高水泵电机的输出(或者水枪减少自动降低水泵电机的输出)，所有水枪关闭后延时停机。
压力开关：实时监测管内的微差压力变化并将开关信号输出到控制模块。
压力变送器：实时监测清洗机的压力变化并转化为标准信号输出到控制模块。
